K&K BRASS
Welcome to K&K Brass and thank you for considering us for your reloading brass needs.
Providing you with quality and affordable pre-fired brass.

At K&K we want to make this site something more than just a place to buy your brass so we've included a section titled "Shooting News & More".  Here you'll be kept informed of some of
the latest news regarding firearms and shooting in general.  We'll provide a wide assortment of information from new product information to safe firearm handling and everything in
between.  As we grow we plan to include many other features including a forum where you can share your ideas, expertise and questions with other shooters.

At K&K we strive to provide you with quality and affordable previously fired brass.  I don't call our brass once fired.  Unless I see the person buy
the ammunition from the shelf, jump in his truck and come out to the range with him, watch him load and fire the ammo and pick it up directly after,
I simply can not guarantee that it is once fired.  Now it is safe for me to say that the majority of the brass we provide is indeed once fired.

We have a very large assortment of brass on hand and we get more each day.  The brass varies in size depending on the shooters.  Hands down the
majority of the brass we get is 9mm Luger and 223.  We have plenty of other pistol brass available and a decent assortment of what I call big rifle
brass, this includes the 300 Win Mags, 308's, 7.62's, 270's and such.  This big rifle brass is a bit harder to come by as shooters do not take the 300
Win Mags out on Saturday mornings to do some plinking at paper targets.  Usually the only time a bullet travels down the barrel of such a rifle is
when it's being sighted in or during an actual hunt.  More often than not the shooter takes this brass home with them when they finish.

So, take a look at what we currently have ready to go.  I sort and process brass daily so I never know what will show up.  I do sale the brass in two
different categories depending on the caliber.  It's very important that you take note regarding our processed brass.
WE DO NOT TRIM OR SWAG OUR BRASS!
It is your responsibility as the reloader to inspect each and every cartridge for defects, proper size, case length etc.  It doesn't matter if you buy the
brass from me, one of the other guys or your favorite sporting goods store.  Even if the brass you buy is new and never fired, inspect it for defects
and proper size.  I cannot emphasis this enough.
When reloading, laziness, inattention and relying on someone else to do your job can cost you your life or the life of another!
If you can't find what you're looking for here send me an email and let me know what you want.  If the time comes that I do find it I'll email you
back to see if you're interested.  Thanks again for considering K&K for your reloading needs.

K&K Brass is a new company and we do look forward to your feedback be it positive or negative.
At K&K we offer brass washed or sized.  Some calibers such as the 300 Blackouts are offered processed only due to limited quantity while some of
our big rifle brass are offered washed only.  As K&K Brass expands we'll offer more variety of processed brass.
WASHED BRASS
PROCESSED BRASS
WASHED BRASS
This is simply range brass that has undergone a very good washing.  We wash this brass in a solution of detergents and citric acids to rid it of gun
oils, dirt and much of the deposits.  Our washed brass is inspected and is ready to be sized by you.

PROCESSED BRASS
Our processed brass undergoes a complete wash cycle before it ever sees a sizing die to remove all oils and grit.  It is inspected thoroughly at every
stage for any sign of case damage.  After sizing the brass undergoes a final two hour stainless steel wash cycle with detergents and citric acids which
removes any remaining carbon deposits inside the case and completely cleans the flash hole and primer pocket.

K&K Brass is not polished!
When a case is properly cleaned polishing is not necessary.  You can run cases through a tumbler with polishing additive added to the media if you
desire.  While this process will not make the cases any cleaner or shinier it may add a light protective coating to the metal finish which may, or may
not, slow the natural tarnishing process of brass.  Air causes brass to tarnish and become dull, there's nothing you can do to stop it from occurring.

Annealing
We are currently looking for methods and equipment to anneal our rifle cases.  Annealing is not an overly difficult process but it must be precise and
it is time consuming where tens of thousands of cases are concerned.  When we establish a viable method we will offer cases annealed.
